Processing

Orders are hand-packed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Domestic shipping

USPS or UPS Ground — typically 3–7 business days after processing.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your soft life box ships.

Estimates exclude weekends and holidays. Customs may add time on international orders.

Shipping

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days while we hand-pack your scoop with love.
  • Domestic (US): Standard 3–7 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75.
  • International: 7–21 business days. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
  • Tracking: Sent by email as soon as your label is created.
  • Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout — we ship to the address provided.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every scoop box is a curated mystery experience, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or revealed boxes.

  • Damaged or defective: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, reach out and we'll open a carrier claim.
  • Wrong address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll invoice reshipping costs.
